Lots of good stuff going on since last month's  eNewsletter.

The long-time manager of our Brooklyn office, Regina Stafford, will be leaving at year-end. Her successful life and couples coaching practice is expanding, and the demands on her time for conducting seminars and workshops throughout the tri- state area prevent her from continuing with us. Coincident with that, we will be transitioning Brooklyn clients to the distance-mode of providing service through Skype, telephone and email. We've been working very successfully with clients all across the US for almost 15 years now—way before technology made it as effortless and commonplace as it is today. I have already started working with many of our Brooklyn clients; others are working with Rosalie Shatzman, who has managed our Long Island office for over a decade. She is an active member of the Five Towns community who speaks fluent Hebrew. She's been working long distance with clients in Israel for many years, as well as with the orthodox communities across the US, and most especially in the tri-state area. Rosalie will be in our Brooklyn office on Thursday, November 17. If you are a Brooklyn resident, please schedule that appointment through the Brooklyn office (718.998.8898). If you have friends, family or colleagues in the Brooklyn orthodox communities or beyond who need to lose weight, they can call the Brooklyn office or you can forward this newsletter to them and they can fill out and submit a Consultation Questionnaire.

In the next few weeks, as part of a web site update, we will further our reach outside of the US. Those for whom English is not a first language will have the option to translate all content into their native language.

Last word: Thanksgiving. It's coming up in just a few weeks. Whether you're in weight loss or weight maintenance mode, be laser-focused. Strive for a perfect day every day, so that by Thanksgiving you're in a good place, down another few pounds, and feeling good. Then, even if things are a little beyond your control on Thanksgiving, even if you gain a pound or two, you won't beat yourself up over it.

Have a great Thanksgiving everyone.
