If you’re overweight or obese, you’re probably unhappy about that.
 
You may already have health issues or can look forward to them in the future.
 
There’s a very good chance you’ve curtailed some or all the activities you’d like to enjoy and perhaps once did.
 
You can’t wear the clothes you would like to buy; instead, you must settle for clothes you can find that fit.
 
Given that these are just a few of the pitfalls of over-weight and obesity, can you possibly be on the right path?
