When we are in the middle of something . . . in the thick of things . . . and oftentimes a difficult thing . . . time has a way of standing still. Then, lo and behold, we’re out of that cloud and we look back and we can’t believe where all the time went! It passed so quickly!

 

Weekly weight loss is great, but the greater, healthier and more sustainable progress will come when you can look back over 30 days and actually see that you ARE ahead of where you were 30 days ago. That’s real, measurable progress.

 

So don’t get caught in the weeds. There’s no perspective from there.
