Choose Your Hard

“𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱.”

OMG . . . ya know how often I hear this from folks?

Listen up, people:

𝐈𝐭 (whatever “𝑖𝑡” is) 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝.

Making changes (and life in general) is hard for many people, but the ones who accept it and forge ahead anyway are those who are successful.

Change your words.

Instead of saying “It’s too hard!,” say “It’s hard! Yay! That means I get to stretch myself, overcome some obstacles, and learn a heck of a lot.”

This is the only way you will be able to change yourself.

When something is hard, celebrate that you’re making the attempt and work out how to accomplish it.

📌 Make a plan.

📌 Ask for help.

📌 Stretch yourself.

📌 And never ever give up.

Got it?
