If you’re overweight or obese, you’re probably unhappy about that.

You may already have health issues or, no doubt, can look forward to them in the future.

There’s a very good chance you’ve curtailed some or all the activities you’d like to enjoy and perhaps once did.

You can’t wear the clothes you’d like to buy; instead, you must settle for clothes you can find that fit.

Given that these are just a few of the pitfalls of overweight and obesity, can you possibly be on the right path?

Are you making an effort to achieve a weight loss goal?

If so, are you doing it in a manner that makes you happy? . . . one that’s healthy and that you can live with for the rest of your life.

Are you handling your responsibilities of planning your daily menus, appropriate grocery shopping, using portion control, packing healthy meals and snacks when you leave home for the day?
