“You are what you eat.”
We’ve all heard that expression, and we know it’s true.
And what a good or bad diet does to your body, positive and negative thoughts do to your mind.
You are what you 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤.
And your thoughts determine your feelings and actions.
If you approach a situation with doubt and uncertainty before you’ve even begun, you have already slowed down your progress and let yourself down before giving your best efforts.
. . . which is why you must START OUT believing a difficult task or challenge will work out in the end. Otherwise, the task before you is made even more difficult, more daunting, if not impossible.
When it comes to the desire and need for weight loss, the wrong attitude — a “fattitude — leads you to think ‘what’s the point of trying, yet again? I won’t be successful.’
And if that 𝑖𝑠 your fattitude, your effort toward that task is less, in direct proportion to your attitude. When your efforts are less, so is the outcome.
The right attitude in the face of doubt and uncertainty can only have a positive impact on your efforts . . . and on the 𝑜𝑢𝑡𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑒 of your efforts.
Feed your mind with positive thoughts, feed your body with positive fuel, and you will see amazing changes – not only to your body but to your life.
