Ken’s Steakhouse makes a fabulous line of salad dressings that can also serve as marinades. These are two that we use regularly in the Boxer household.
The Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette is only 60 calories for 2 TBS and, frankly, it is so robust and bold that I often only need 1 TBS for my salad.
The Lite Northern Italian w/Basil & Romano, at 50 calories for 2 TBS, is one that my husband loves to use, not only in a salad but also to marinate chicken and meat prior to cooking.
To see all their dressings, visit their website.
Under “Products” you’ll see they offer over 60 flavors, of which 17 are Lite. You can also do a search via four dietary considerations: Fat Free, Gluten Free, Kosher and Lite.

💡 Here’s a tip when using any salad dressing, and one I use every day.
I never put 2 TBS on my salad at one time. I measure and pour out 1 TBS onto my salad and give it a good mix to allow the dressing to be spread around. I take a forkful from the bottom and, if I need it, and depending on how many cups of salad I’ve made, I measure a second TBS.
