I Can’t

To all those who tell themselves “I can’t” . . .

I can’t change my diet.

I can’t do the work.

I can’t lose the weight.

I can’t give up the junk.

I can’t do this . . . I can’t do that.

Oh, really?!

Remember when you told yourself . . .

I can’t tie my own shoes.

I can’t dress myself.

I can’t ride a two-wheel bike.

I can’t make in the potty.

Give the “I can’t” crap a rest, would ya please?
