Each week, in “the no B.S.” style clients have come to know and love (😊) about me, I chew the fat on weight loss, obesity, health, dieting and lifestyle issues – all the conversations I have with clients in the office – to educate, motivate, inform, and inspire.

A new episode is uploaded here every week and posted to social networks too. Only a handful are longer than 10 minutes; most are 5 minutes or less. They are great companions in the car, in the gym, or while taking a walk.
