Weight★No★More℠ Diet Center is pleased to offer this custom electronic diary form to facilitate our clients' daily/weekly menu planning, as well as to work efficiently with our distance clients.

  1. Fill out 1 food item at a time. If you are planning multiple food items for the same time—i.e., 8:00 a.m., 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 apple—submit one food item at a time, and make sure to enter the same time (8:00 a.m.) for each item.
  2. After you select the Food Group category for each food item, select ENTER.
  3. To edit a particular entry, select EDIT at the end of the row for that entry.
  4. Use the CLEAR PAGE option if you want to create a new separate calendar day or clear all the data on the page to begin again.
  5. To plan multiple days, when you want to begin the next day’s menu, update the DATE box, and your next entry will begin a new day.

If you are logged in, your diary will be saved automatically and retrievable the next time you log in.
