For 10 years, I issued a weekly podcast in “the no B.S.” style clients have come to know and love (😊) about me, I chewed the fat on weight loss, obesity, health, dieting and lifestyle issues – all the conversations I have with clients in the office – to educate, motivate, inform, and inspire.

Although I made the decision to discontinue the podcasts at the end of 2024 in favor of focusing on my videos, here are all 500 episodes of my podcast which you can still enjoy. Only a handful are longer than 10 minutes; most are 5 minutes or less. They are great companions in the car, in the gym, or while taking a walk.
